Not usable if you’re not a resident in the country you wish to use the app. My credit card from another country did not work. So I put cash into the app. But then ‘verification’ was required to use the cash, but I could not verify without a local address. They then would not refund the cash that I could not use. CAUTION! Edit: I contacted customer support numerous times, and they had no solution. They just kept saying to verify, never acknowledging that it was impossible for me.
